bias Buffer amp with decoupling cap

The output of bias amplifier has large decoupling cap and this is used to bias a transistor in the pixel circuit of the camera.
the decoupling cap is order of uF, can i consider this cap for stability.
bias amplifier is in ugf configuration
 

Of course, stability analysis is necessary.
