AVR USBasp programmer ( device not recognized )

i already made an AVR USBasp programmer but when i connected it to PC it gives error :bang: :bang:

You put together on a breadboard? do you mind checking the vid and pid of the usb? see if it matches vid=0x16c0 pid=0x5dc?
If the vid/pid is as mentioned earlier, windows will detect it as usbasp, otherwise it will be shown as unknown device.
