PSR is the ability of a circuit to be unaffected by power supply noise and variation. Depending on the kind of circuit implementation, values of 100dB or more are common. PSR varies with frequency. If the PSR is divided by the cirucit gain(hence the input-refered), the term becomes PSRR, or power supply rejection ratio.
