I'm a newbie income with this topic! I want to know the difference between them! What is the used of each other? Can you combine both in one? I want to learn the basic stuff!

Arduino is a popular open-source single-board microcontroller .. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arduino

Programmers is used to burn our source code (software ) in to the microcontroler may be arduno.

Bootloaders is the program (Like BIOS in PC ) which telling to the cotroller to intilize and manage the memmory etc
