approximate values of CMOS Process Parameters?

CMOS Process Parameters?

Hi all
Can somebody help me with approximate values for process parameters for ST 0.18, ST 0.13. I need them for some hand calculations to a have a rough idea for very tough requirements(low power, equivalent noise charge) for the charge sensitive amplifier.

UoCox (both nmos and pmos)
λ (both nmos and pmos)
gamma
flicker noise constant Kf
Overlap length Ld (nmos and pmos)

Assuming that the channel length is minimum.
