APC 6KVA UPS having Charger fault when Load is connected

Hi

Is any one encountered with APC SURT6KVA when the load is connected UPS will detect charger fault, but when theirs no load connected charge are fine no fault detected.
 

i already replace the DC capacitor wen new one but still fault exist when ups connected to load more than 10%
