Is there an equivalent for the above standard in Europe ?

The technology is infant. the Devices are devised to work in TV bands as Cognitive Devices

The technology has very huge application areas , not only on the TV bands.
The 802.22 is the standard uses TV bands (in US) for broadband mobile applications.
However CR is not only this.

Centralized system ?
distributed ?
for WiFi application ?
Cellular ?
