any one extracted the metamaterial parameters by kong method.

I am trying to extract the parameters of metamaterial by kong method. but my output is somewhat peculiar i am getting comparable result for \mu but the other parameters are not theoritically explain able. any noe can help me with his or her program and the associated data file.
i have submitted my program file and associated data file so that any one can explain my problem.
