Analog RF mixer design

hello I am new to the field of analog design and I am having trouble in designing an RF mixer...can anyone out there tell me if my considerations are correct.

I do not have a device design background so hopefully someone that
does can comment on the next steps.

I do know that some simple decisions are made, like picking the Ft of the transistors,
the process to use, then plugging process parameters into simulator to evaluate things
like power. CM range, noise, variations in T and V...
