these questiions are very basic and important for an analog mixed signal design engineer. You can refer razavi, baker, ken marting to get anwers to all these question apart from gaining some more knowledge about AMS.

No, I think answering the question is a disservice to us. You should spend time and get the answer from the text books

hello...frnds......can anyone tell me ...... from do i get ...the ckts like RC..RLC......that are generally asked in interviews.....& asked to draw the output waveform ...by physically analising the cirrcuit..........plz...suggest any book...or link .....that help me in interview......

The book named "Art Of Analog Layout" by Alan Hastings is the best.

The Art of Analog Layout is recommended by quite a few people as well, although I don't have it. ISBN 978-0131464100 (edit: someone just beat me to it!).
