I'm wondering what role 4572202 and 4572606 play.
(I can't find it even though I search it)

4572 is a dual OP, e.g. upc4572. Second line is a date code.

Hi,

I did an internet search for "IC 4572" and got the same information as others above. in less than 10 seconds (to do a quick on the search results).

If you don´t think it is a dual OPAMP, you need to show a photo with a wider view, so we can see more traces - and where they go to, more parts around and their type ...
