I designed A schem in Qucds .

How can i have a plot of diode forward voltage (X-axis) against forward current (Y-axis) ?
And here VS (DC voltage) varies between 0.25 - 10 volts .

There is no difference by which software ,
Qucs OR Ngspice OR Oregano OR geda OR eagle OR ...,
i just need to learn a software that can simulate that scheme .
