afsk demodulation in fpga !!!

i am a newbie to vhdl.. i want to implement afsk demodulator in a fpga .... if any one can help me in getting started with the project ??
what are the different approaches in emplementing afsk demodulator ??

For FSK demodulation,you need to build a correlator or a matched filter. So, you just have to build these blocks in FPGA. For filters, refer to the VHDL book by pedroni. Correlator is just a multiplier and a summer.
