I have a power supply hacked from a Kenwood 5 channel home cinema system. It gives 117v dc from the rectifier. What I would like is a 5 to 30v adjustable power supply and don't quite know which way to go about it. Is it worth the trouble to adapt the kenwood? I have made a 5 to 12v supply but I've little experience with larger supplies. Any advice appreciated.
