I am service the adsl2+router modem the model is GLB-502T

The modem is not working

1 power led ok (the led is glow)

2 adsl led not ok (the led is notglow)

3 lan led ok (the led is glow)

I am open the modem the dioded d211 is open, is it diode? or zener Any body is know tell me how can service the modem [/img]

Perhaps the number quoted by you is component number but not part number
the pat will have a separate number
also you can load a photo graph of the section where the component is located,and indicate descriptively where is it-- in power section, DC- DC converter or any other
You may also indicate whether thro' hole component or SMD? if SMD what is the code marking

this info helps some one proceed further towards any advise !!
