Your attached program is working as you expected when you change the LED properties form analog to digital (Model Types) in your DSN because the PORTB.Fx = 1; is a "Read-Modify-Write" instruction and no any LED serial resistors.
See the logical levels of the PORTB pins ...

Hi the problem is read modify write operation put a resistor between output and LED then the first program itself will work fine............
