abt error in winpic800-v6.31 using propic2

hai...
i am using winpic800 to load program into dspic30f6014A.
here using hardware circuit is Propic2 parallel port programmer.
some times it is working fine but some times it is giving error.
i am able to detect ic but while erasing pic i am getting error as
"ERROR >Written address 0X00f80000
Written:0X00C71F Read0X00FFFF"
"Error --> failed to erase device"

hard ware connections are as in attached jpg's.

Please give me a solution to come out of this problem.
