ABCD Matrix of a Transmission Line Stub

Does anyone knows what the ABCD matrices of an open and short circuit parallel stubs are.

(1)get the input admittance for open or short-circuited transmission line;
(2)according to the ABCD-matrix of parallel admittance, get the ABCD-matrix of parallel open/short circuited stub
