A balun is used in my circuit to convert the differential ends to a single end to test the chip by network analyzer. The input impedance is too large cause the input is the gate of MOS. The R ratio of the balun is 1:1. How can I implement the impedance match? I have two kinds of configuration as described:

Which is better?
