I need an amplifier capable of outputting voltage from +220V to -220V..
Thanks for all your information about the chips or suggestion.

Look for "electroluminescent driver" on google. Supertex has some driver for that, and a part of it is a step up converter used to generate high voltage.

thank you very much! The wet you told me is quite useful to me!
In fact i need an amplifier capable of outputting voltage from +220V to -220V.

If you can afford to buy one, see **broken link removed**.
Does anyone know why this forum substitutes "**" for "tt" in a URL?

for what frequency range ?
If DC is not included, may be you can use some transformer.

High voltage IC is normally very expensive, and maybe it is not available in your market.
So it is the best to design the ordinary preamplifier and then design the output stage by transistors for +/- 220V.
