8051 use rs232 to control vb6

I want to use 8051 and rs232 to connect PC. Then control VB6. Means that I send some Bit from 8051 to PC. Then vb6 use MSCOMM to receive the data and do something. I hope that anyone can give me some example.THX
 

google out some basic examples :)
