spicevision

I tried to use the analogLib nmos4 and pmos4 to be the reference when importing a netlist into spicevision, but the 4 pins (bulk) is not imported.
Anyone knows that problem :?:

What are you trying to do with it ?
I have a similar need, but conclusion was that it would be ebtter to use spice reader in ic6.1 , since it's already there/ready.

What version are you running ?

first provide the link of your spice model lib to the spice vision tool. only than it will convert it well.
hock

I use Spicevision 4.01.
I used cadence2symlib.il to generate the sym file
Then I refer it when importing the SPICE file.

But, it only maps all the mos to a 3 pins symbol ?!?

check your spice netlist input. is it realy 3 pin or 4 terminal device?

hock
PS only keep 4 terminal model in the file. if you want send me your model and i will make the symbol for you.

I always got the warning :
WAR: MYCELL: could not map cell 'pmos4' prefix 'MP' pin count 4 of instance 'M_1'

Note : the targeted "model" is OK, but not the symbol.

Can someone post or send me the analogLib as a spicevision symlib ?

Thanks! Happy new year to all:!:

Did anyone ever transfered the analogLib as a spicevision symlib :?:

Thanks :D

Who has a the analogLib for Spicevision ?

how can I get spicevision?

Does anyone has the C@dence analogLib for SpiceVision ???
It would be so nice to input a spice netlist in C@dence without using cdlin.
