Hi for all,
I have a 3D model for an active IPEM (Integrated Power Electronic Module), which is the power stage for 1khz 1Mhz Series Resonant DC/DC Converter (SRC). This active IPEM is mounted on a DBC (Direct Bonded Copper) substrate.
Parasitic Extraction for IPEM Structure Using (Maxwell Q3D) is based on 3D Modeling of the Active IPEM. I need to simulate this model to obtain parasitic parameters (using another software: EMS for SolidWorks), I have the schematics of this model, but dimensions, thickness and surface of DBC and Ground and Copper, Wire-bonds sections and dimensions and emplacements, location of Sources and Sinks..... are not mentioned.

Can you help me to know dimensions and other information to draw and run this model.
Attached the image of this model.
Thanks
