The only thing that looks likely according to Mr.
Googlez is "TopSpice" which purports to have
that device model in its shipped library. But I do
not know where you'd find that file (?), nothing
seems to turn up.
Maybe somebody on here uses TopSpice and
could cause a model card listing to be emitted?
Funky old obsolete germanium transistors don't
get much CAD love evidently....
