hello
i want to design a 200 or if its possible a 300watt LED driver for 4 or 6 series connected 50w cob.
which topology and which ic can i use?
(input voltage:220vrms)
thank you.:bsdetector:

For that power level?
a PFC front end followed by forward or half-bridge.

All, and I mean ALL of the major IC manufacturers have a large portfolio of LED driver ICs for all sorts of conceivable applications. They are fully characterized, and have many simulation tools, app notes, Eval boards....

One has to go to the websites of TI, OnSemi, STMicro, Infineon, Linear Maxim and others, and use their selector tools to choose the solution that best fits the particular needs.

There is so much information, that nowadays the most difficult part is actually reading dozens and dozens of datasheets and app notes to make a decision.
