2.4 gig amp

hi,
I need a 1W rf amplifier for 2.4 GHz band (Wireless LAN use)

Anybody can help with schematics, projects....

I already have those from qsl.net/n9zia, please don't post.

The information that is posted on qsl.net is of a very low design standard, whilst you can use devices from RFMD or other off the shelve integrated designs, it is when you start to use dedicated discrete designs that your designs will be more successful and more efficient.

One minor issue is that they can be more expensive. But to get really good linearity for 1 watt of 802.11 signals continuously you should be using say a 5 watt device.
