Who can show me Kp value of PMOS with 0.25um and 0.35um process? I use model file of TSMC.

you use model of TSMC, so you can calculate Kp=up*Cox,up is displaced by up0 that can be found in model document

you should read the paper :ICSE2000 Proceedings,Nov.2000 BSIM3v3 key parameter extractions for efficient circuit designs,you will know how to get the key parameters!

simulate a transister with hspice.
it will give you the answer.
but this parameter is not constant with the circuit condition
