Hi,
I need to build a project for 10MHz oscillator (Sine Wave) and output amplifier @ about 30 to 40 Volts and 30 Watts. Can any one help me for the schematic or some site for reference guidelines.
Will be greatful for.

The design can be split into two parts: the low-power oscillator (power inefficient) and power amplifier with good efficiency.

oscillator: Fixed frequency or VCO? Crystal, LC resonator or perhaps ceramic? What is the required frequency stability with time/temperature?

power amp: required linearity (what does "sinewave" mean in terms of harmonic suppression in dBc), required efficiency?

Work those specs!
