How can I improve the BW of a differential pair that is limited by base-emitter cap?
Gain decreases -3dB at 1.6MHz in my circuit.

thanx in advance...

Have you run a simulation on ft vs emitter current, to see if you are operating at optimum ft?

If you have done so, perhaps this is the best the process can give at the required gain setting.
