Hi,
Did anyone have used GM47 sony erricsson gsm engine?I have problem that it does'nt get poweron everytime when it gets power on/off pulse.

Hi tramp, I use GM47 at maybe one year and not have troubles with this module...I will post one part of my circuit explaining the details of the starter circuit...

Please give me details of starter circuit.Also tell me what to do with its service pin when no in use.

Hi brother! I can post my sch here for reference, please, not distribute or upload in other foruns/areas.

This reference work very nice and is very simple and inexpensive!
You can configure different options for turn on/off the module. See in the sch the jumpers configurations. The power supply is key point of this application and I recommend switching power supply!
