Alternative for MAX038 ?!

max038 alternative

Hi,

I'm searching an alternative chip for **broken link removed** which is a high-frequency waveform generator.

May somebody help me ?!

Which should be fine, but has a max. operating frequency of
1 MHz.
MAX038 can work at least to 20Mhz, so the XR2206 might not
be enough.

search for a dds chip.
It work at 160MHz with sinus signal but frequency is controlled by 3 wires bus.
Analog devices have a lot of this
