Hi,
I need microcontroller with 2 UART & 1 SPI bus,flash 16-64k,RAM1-4kb,
VCC=2.7V-5V,ISP facility

Thanks & regards,
tramp

Take a look at these two candidates:

DS89C420, 430, 440 or 450

Hi,

funny enough, a 32-bit micro might be a low cost solution for you except for your 5V requirement.

The LPC2101/2102/2103 would provide 8/16/32k of Flash with more SRAM than you need 2 UARTs and 2 SPIs (and 2 I2Cs and ADC...) for a very low price.
You can check here:

http://dkc1.digikey.com/de/digihome.html select your country or one close by and put LPC2101 in the Search box.

Robert

Oh by the way, there are compilers like the GNU free of charge or Keil (16kB limited) or IAR 32k limited versions that are free.

Thanks Robert for ur reply. Is there any such microcontroller which can operate on 3.6V & above?Because my supply voltage is 3.6V(& it can be 4V & 4.2V).

Use ATMEGA64L.
It has 2 serial port (UART) and its working voltage is 2.7-5V
It is an excellent microcontoller.

Regrads,
Davood.
