I want to design a L-degenerated differential LNA for bluetooth recently, rf input of which is single-ended. I have working for long time on the input impedance match. Many paper I refered simply use balun after each imput terminal of differntial LNA have matched to 50ohm. But some other practical circuits use LC networks to transform the signle-ended rf input to differential input simultaneously realize impedance match. I want to know which is more popular and better.
Thanks.
