I do not why use 100Ω in the circuit , in my opinion 50Ω is right for impedance matching, can some one tell me the reason? thanks

Then, I have another questions:"The inductance component can be added by bonding wires, but we cannot obtain a consisent inductance value."
what is "bonding wires",why it is not consisent?
Thanks!
