any design docs on voltage regulator?

Specs for design:

CMOS tech
forced to use Bandgap and a ballast to build up the simple regulator
input 5V+/-20%
output 2.5V +/=1%
current <2mA
Ro < 0.05 Ω
Robg < 1 Ω
temperature coeff kT < 500 ppm / °C

Any design doc or school project report will be very helpful.

oh, most of paper about ldo introduce the regulator without bandgap circuit. especially the frequency compensation.
where can find the whole circuit design?
