1) Feko Suite 5: The most important feature (at least to me) is hybrid FEM/MOM.

http://www.feko.info/feko_quarterly.html

2) Momentum:

2-1) "It has a 64-bit version".

2-2) "It contains a new 3D metal interconnect modeling technique that allows horizontal as well as vertical current modeling on all sides of metal interconnects."

It sounds that it's going to be really 3D MOM, like FEKO and IE3D. I hope it's going to import SAT files for general 3D objects.

2-3) "The new version of Momentum, integrated into both ADS 2005A and RFDE 2005A, is expected to be available in September 2005."

YUMMY :)

HI, I heard that FEKO is part of ANSYS. What is the relationship between the FEKO and ANSYS?

I'm pretty sure that's not true. However, I know that Feko can import meshed models from a number of tools including Ansys (*.cdb).

It seems this because in some part of the world Feko and Ansys are represented by the same agent. I am afraid it is not true.
