Hello, i am an undergraduate student and i have a question regarding my project.I have an s1p file and i would like to know how to get the input impedance at specific frequencies.Also i would like to know how to perform budget calculations based on the s1p file and my input power levels in order to get output power levels.

I cant answer you specifically as I'm not familiar with s1p files.
But link budgets are usually just a matter of additions once you have the input power in dBm. for each amplification just add the amplifications in dB, for each loss or attenuation subtract until you arrive at the end of the chain and you have the power in dBm.
