celtic cdb tool validate_cell_lib issue

HI All

In old celtic tool validate_cell_lib brings 0 warning with new one i am getting below warning :

WARNING:(SI-2309) In bbox for the cell Cell_name pvt -proc min
-vdd 3.30000 -temp 25.00 -gnd 0.00, the capacitance value for the pin A
is 8.76e-15. This value is not approximate to the timing library
capacitance value of 5.3619e-14, less by 34% of the acceptable lower
limit of 0.5X . Check the characterization log for relevant errors and
warnings.

does anybody have experience on this ? why is this warning ?

here are my commands i have used with new and old versions of celtic

read_dotlib synopsys_liberty.lib
validate_cell_lib -cdb test.cdb
