Hello,
I neet inductor for synchonous step down converter frequency 600kHz, max current 15A and Inductance 200- 220uH.
Advise a suitable torid core materiál?

The inductance value seems factor 5 higher than usual.

To make an inductor with sufficient saturation current, you'll either use a gapped ferrite core or a powder core which has a built-in distributed air gap.

I presume that you won't like the core loss level generated by powder cores at 600 kHz, gapped ferrite is probably the better choice.

My problem is big range of output current, minimum output current is 100mA and maximum output current 15A.
My idea is used greater induction (47uH) , I thought about use T130 (T157) iron powder core materiál 52 (Green/Blue), this is high frequency variant of materiál 26.
(yellow/white).

So basically you want someone to design the entire output stage for you?
