I need help for smd design rules, component separation, and others cosideration.

the other doc name is IPC-SM-780 this is a standar for smd compponent land land pattern standart

There is a new set of standards published by IPC for SMD component decals - IPC7351.

A lot of information and demo tools are about the new stamdard is available at hxxp://www.pcblibraries.com
