which resistor, capacitor, should be used in RF design

hi i m designing RF mixer in cadence which resistor, capacitor, inductor etc should be used normal(given in analog lab library) or given in tsmc 0.18 library.
 

You should use the appropriate RF resistors, capacitors and inductor. Usually those appropriate components are identified by the tag RF in its names.
 

First simulate your design with ideal capacitors and inductors.
Then replace them with their equivalent model or measured data and
tune the circuit again to get the desired response.
