Matrix, if you want to know then please use Google and look at the software that's out there, read the posts on the forum - don't start yet another "whats the best software"" thread
OK. I need to make something clear here. I did NOT ask for the "best" software (whatever that means). I merely asked what softwares exist and what version number they are at now. That is my question, nothing more, nothing less.
I have compiled a list of free PCB CAD software at PCBShopper.com/cad. There are other such lists, but mine is different in that it details the restrictions that have been placed on free versions of commercial software.
Of course, unrestricted free software is also included in the list.
