Hello I want to covert a complex impedance to RL OR RC circuit, like 433MHz: ATA5724, 19.30 – j113.3  R//C: 684ohm // 3p2 ; is there any tools can do this? or can i do that in ADS?

This are elementary operations in AC network calculation, why do you need a tool for it? Quite intuitively, complex impedance corresponds to a series circuit of a resistor and a reactance (either C or L). Converting impedance to admittance (Y = 1/Z), you'll arrive at a corresponding parallel circuit.

Of course you can use ADS do do the calculations, as you can use a computer to bang in a nail.

thanks for your input. i know how to calc them, but i want to use a VNA to measure some small rf compnents, so i need a tool. :) maybe i can built a simple program to calc them.
