PCB design in PADS 9.4.1

I want to import schematic from orcad(10.3) to PADS but its not happening even if i have created the netlist, also does demo version of PADS may cause any problem.
can anyone provide documentation or screenshot images???
 

Hi,
For creating Netlist for pads Layout little bit different
1.Tools-->Create Netlist-->Pop up Window open,from that window choose the other Tab select pads pcb.dll file and then generate the netlist file
