Few questions about microstrip patch antenna configurations..
1. Can we obtain higher Signal to noise raitio, if each patch on RX antenna have separate mixer? For example, we have 4 x 4 patch antenna, and each patch have separate mixer (16 mixers, power divider for LO to provide 16 LO channels)
2. Is it feasible to make two-patch antenna, wich radiates not perpendicular to the substrate. For example, radiates at 45 deg angle instead of 90 deg perpendicular?
3. Is it feasible to make n-beam antenna (some kind of side lobes). For example 4-patch array with some phase spasing, that will give 3 big lobes (2 side lobes and one main lobe).
