How to measure the Noise Figure(NF),IIP3 , Stability using AGILENT NETWORK ANALYSER

Dear Sir,
I designed and fabricated low noise amplifier(LNA),succeeded to measure the S-parameters and group delay using AGILENT NETWORK ANALYZER. But I don't know, how to measure the NOISE FIGURE , THIRD ORDER INPUT INTERCEPT POINT(IIP3), THIRD ORDER OUTPUT INTERCEPT POINT(OIP3) and STABILITY of the low noise amplifier(LNA) using AGILENT NETWORK ANALYZER.
Can you any one guide me VISUAL (GRAPHICAL ) help for measuring NF,IIP3, OIP3, and Stability using AGILENT NETWORK ANALYZER.

If your Network Anaylzer is able to mesure these measurements, look at its User Guide..Some of them are able some of them not..
Why you're asking particular question about that ?? Nobody knows which type of Network Analyzer you use..

Dear Sir,
We are using N5230A, PNA-L NETWORK ANALYZER. We have old user guide manual , there they have not clearly told, how to measure NOISE FIGURE(NF), STABILITY and Third order input intercept point (IIP3).

If anyone know how to measure the above parameters using N5230,PNA-L NETWORK ANALYZER,please let me. If you know, PDF help document and you tube link , please show me.
 

According to the product brochure, the PNA-L series doesn't support noise figure measurement. All your other measurements should be doable on the PNA-L, but you will probably just have to read the manual like everyone else. Unless you have a more specific question, that is.

What about other two things IIP3 measurement and stability, if you know help videos or help document regarding on the IIP3 measurement and stability measurement in N5230A,PNA-L network analyzer, can you show to me.
If anybody is having user guide to N5230A, PNA-L network analyzer, can you show me the link. Because I searched in the agilent web site, I couldn't find.

VECTOR NETWORK ANALYZER, N9918A ,2-PORT NETWORK FIELDFOX,30KHZ-26GHz, from this network analyzer , can we measure the NOISE FIGURE. Do we need to connect the separate noise source(5dB or 15dB ENR) to the VNA N9918A for measuring NOISE FIGURE or only VNA N9918A itself is enough to measure the noise figure, can you advice me.
If anybody is having the user guide to the above VNA N9918A, can you show me the link.

You cannot measure NF with this Network Analyzer because it doesn't have such option. Eventough you connect Noise Source to your DUT, you cannot measure Noise Figure because Network Analyzers can not measure output spectrum of DUT since it doesn't have N9918A-233 option.( Spectrum Analyzer option but I have doubts about the accuracy)

We have the AGILENT SPECTRUM ANALYZER , EXA SIGNAL ANALYZER, N9010A 9KHz-3.6GHz.Can we measure the NOISE FIGURE of the low noise amplifier at 2GHz using AGILENT SPECTRUM ANALYZER , EXA SIGNAL ANALYZER, N9010A 9KHz-3.6GHz. If it is possible to measure noise figure from the above spectrum analyzer, do we need to connect the additional NOISE SOURCE 5dB or 15 dB ENR to the spectrum analyzer or spectrum analyzer itself is able to measure the NOISE FIGURE without connecting the separate NOISE SOURCE. can you clarify it.
