fcx718 equivalent

Hi, i'm designing a NIMH battery charger with Ds2711 that requires a pnp low saturation transistor, FCX718.
I can't find this where I live. Anyone know an equivalent for this transistor? Tried google but didn't help much.

You could just use a mosfet like the irf640
