Help please!
Have bought Rhode Schwarz SMIQ 03B, but working not properly.
Generator didn't pass callibration - all shown on pic.
Sometimes all going good, often getting bad signal full of harmonics - up to 3 GHz, then ALC error appears.

Please help with repair, I'm seeking service manual....:-(

The battery to hold the cal data is dead. It is located behind the LCD panel.
Replace the battery and run the cal process...
