8x4 ram vhdl code (please help)

hello
l want to your help in doing my college project.
in this project l use the two pieces of 4x4 ram and l am doing memory expansion and finally l need to create 8x4 ram
but when l doing this project l need to the all the details for exemple if l am using decoder l need the internal structure of decoder and when l
am writing the vhdl code l am witing the internal structure of the decoder
I'm having trouble coding this project, and you are waiting for your help.

what trouble are you having. You havent said what the problem is.
 

l know vhdl but it's not very good and my problem is my teacher wants me every details So l am confused . My english isn't very good So l can not explain well this project . Requested from me use 2 pieces 4x4 ram and doing Memory expansion and write vhdl code. Maybe l can write 8x4 Ram code but Memory expansion code is difficult for me .
 

Well, dont expect us to do your work for you. If your VHDL is not good, get on a VHDL tutorial.
It sounds like he wants you to mux the two 4x4 rams
