Hi, dear all:
I'm designing an ADC. I'm considering using correlated double sampling(CDS) technique. but if I use CDS as S/H, how can I measure the noise?
(I input a sin wave to the ADC and did FFTin my previous design of common ADC, but now this method is not appropriate)
thanks!
